Samsung Galaxy Note release date is around the corner guys. Since the company already release an exclusive unpacking event for IFA 2012, i am pretty sure that we will be able to see the actual unit of Galaxy Note 2 by the end of this month. However, does this handset manage to mirror or even surpass the success of it’s predecessor? Let’s find out what to expect it on my Galaxy Note 2 rumors roundup.
First, let’s talk about the design. Rumors said that Samsung is very pleased with the work of department of design for Galaxy S III. They are very happy with how S III looks, so the company decide to that Galaxy Note 2 should carry on similar design formula. Off course this doesn’t mean that Note 2 will look exactly the same to S III, but it might feature curved top-bottom side and marble case too. There is no physical evidence about this rumor, although we’ve already got Galaxy Note 2 leaked render image few days ago.
Second, Galaxy Note 2 is also rumored to have bigger display. While the original Note carry on 5.3″ screen, Galaxy Note 2 might come with 5.5″ display. Some say that it will also become the first device from the company that feature flexible AMOLED screen! This is mean that we will be able to see an actual bended screen for the first time. Other expected details on this part is 720p resolution with HD video recording.
Third, it’s time to talk about specs. According to some news, Galaxy Note 2 will be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 4412 quad-core processors. It should be clocked at 1.6GHz. Other rumored specs include 1.5GB RAM, dual-camera unit (one of them will be around 12-13 megapixels), and 4G LTE radio. But remember, we haven’t seen any 4G LTE device released in US with quad-core CPU. Will Galaxy Note 2 become the first of it’s kind? I think we have to wait until August 29th to get the complete answer for that question.
What do you think about this guys? Can’t wait to get your hands on Samsung Galaxy Note 2?
