Apple’s 2010 Document Reveal $250 Billion Licensing Fee

I know that some of you are already bored with the patent battles between Samsung and Apple. I couldn’t agree more with you guys. Why don’t they just release a good damn product and let the market decide which one is the best. However, i can’t resist to tell you this news since it now become an interesting developmen in Samsung vs Apple saga.

Apple vs Samsung Document

According to Apple’s 2010 document, the Cupertino based company demand $30 per smartphone and $40 per tablet to Samsung in order to pay for licensing agreement. This kind of information is usually remain undercover and closed for public. However, Apple is suprisingly uncover it on their current trial against Samsung. If the Cupertino based company successfully make this offer accepted, they will receive no less than $250 million cash from Samsung. As part of their goodwill, Apple will give Samsung 25% discount of total licensing expense. Off course it is something that Samsung already denied.

I have no idea how’s this case will go. If you ask me, which one of them will win this ca-mouse game, i really don’t know guys. Patent and licensing are both complicated things. It involve serious attempt to prove that you’re the original founder of that idea. That is why it should take long time before jury and judge decide which one is guilty.
