1. Launch the iTunes version in your computer. Make sure that you are already install the latest version of the program
2. Plug in your iPad to the computer via USB cable
3. Press and hold both home and power button in your iPad until the screen turns into black. The moment after Apple logo appear, release the power button, but keep your fingers on the Home button until your device shows up on the iTunes. The program will immediately tell you that your iPad need to be restored
