Today, we receive leaked roadmap of one of the biggest Japanese electronic manufacturer, Fuijtsu. The roadmap shows that the company will release two new Intel Ivy Bridge-powered Ultrabooks this year. The rest of the document reveal that Fujitsu will also introduce a tablet with removable dock and Windows 8.
According to Notebook Italia, those two new Ultrabooks should be available in the market in May. Both of them will be painted in two different color, Red and Silver/Black. If this report is true, then Fujitsu Ultrabooks will be the first Notebooks in the world that feature Intel’s Ivy Bridge processors. According to Intel, Bridge will bring dramatic changes in a Notebook’s performance and battery lifetime.
Back on the roadmap, Fujitsu is supposed to launch a new tablet with removable dock in September. This tablet will feature removable keyboard dock, just like Asus Transformer Prime and Lenovo IdeaTab S2, which run on Android platform. However, the roadmap suggest that this tablet will run on Windows OS.
Last but not least, we can expect a Windows 8 tablet from Fujitsu in the fourth quarter of this year. Notebook Italia and Imidoresc.ro suggest that a Windows 8 tablet will be released this year. But both of them don’t come out with specific release date.
