Android 4.0 update for Asus Transformer Prime has been available around the web for a while. On the other side, it is still unclear when it’s predecessor, the Eee Pad Transformer, will receive similar update.

Asus has made a promise that all of their tablets will be run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich at some point. In other words, the ICS update for Eee Pad Transformer is already confirmed. The thing is we have no idea when it will actually happen. Last month, we’ve already whispered a news claimed that the update is still being inspected by Google’s team. Sadly, we haven’t hear anything about it, until now.

Singaporean representative of Asus has made an announcement that Android 4.0 update for Eee Pad Transformer will be available in March. This statement was retrieved directly from their official Facebook page. You might get disappointed or even angry with this. But remember, not all tablet PC are lucky enough to taste Ice Cream Sandwich on their system. So, we think that a month delay is not too bad at all.
