When it’s done, users should turn on the WiFi feature for 15 minutes and let the tablet to synchronize with Asus’s servers. The update should appear automatically then. If it isn’t, users can check it manually from the settings menu. Key also noted that if none of these steps worked, users should send him a private message at company’s forum, complete with the serial number error.
Gary Key also noted the screen lockup and corruption problem that happen in some Transformer Prime unit, the moment after ICS update process completed. He said that Asus is finally able to replicate the problem and currently deal with this issue. The company will also contacting Prime users that already report the problem, he added.
