As we are just few days away from 2012,  more company decided to reveal list of their products that will receive Android 4.0 update. Samsung already announce their decision to abandon the original Galaxy S. Now, it seems like the Korean company decided to do the same thing with Galaxy Tab 7. There will be no Android 4.0 update for the 7 inch tablet.

It seems like this decision made based on Galaxy Tab 7‘s specs. Samsung claim that the tablet won’t be able to handle Android Ice Cream Sandwich and the latest version of Samsung TouchWiz at the same time. But if you want, you can utilize some unofficial Android 4.0 ROM that compatible with Galaxy Tab 7. Anyway, Samsung also confirm that Android 4.0 will come for Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, 8.9, 7.7 and 7 plus next year.
