Intel will start their expansion into mobile business next year. Earlier on this week, the company already come out with prototype version of their Medfield-powered android tablet and smartphone.

They also have revealed that Medfield chip consume smaller amount of power and perform faster than any ARM based chip, especially when it is run on Windows 8 platform.

Now, Slashgear has received some photos of device that could be the reference for Medfield Soc tablet design. As you can see above, the pictures are little bit blurry but we can still get the whole impression. However, the tablet is currently turned off, so we can’t figured it out how’s the Medfield chip perform.
