With the pre-installed of the Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate in 64bit edition, the ASUS Eee Slate B121 is almost official to be an ASUS tablet that targeting on enterprise market.
It is constantly compared to ASUS Eee Slate EP121 saying that it is the original version of the B121. Only different in the operating system, the Slate B121 has 12.1-inch WXGA screen displays at 1280×800 pixel resolutions and have digitizer to supports the stylus. It has a 64GB SSD and works on 1.33GHz Intel COre i5-470UM dual core processor and 4GB of DDR3 RAM, just similar to the EP121. It is completed with a stylus pen and a Bluetooth keyboard.
The pricing tag known for a Windows 7 Professional model is CHF1’298.60 (Swiss Francs) and CHF1’316.55 for Windows 7 Ultimate one.
The ASUS Eee Slate B121 currently is only availabe in Europe. While U.S market must be content for the EP121 that has Windows 7 Home Premium build in at least for a little while. The tablet is available online for $1,041.
